Wow, ESPN is kicking off the year with a new layout and new design! I was so confused at first because I thought I went to the wrong site.
Looking good on first glance. As long as all the articles and scores are still there, I’ll be happy.
The last week has been awful for me in terms of sports betting. Everything that seems to make sense just doesn’t work out. And to top all that off, the Colts and the Falcons gave me a beating yesterday! Matt Ryan went into the locker room at half time and came out as Ken Dorsey. Both the Colts and the Falcons just decided to stop playing in the second half.
But today is a brand new day! Eagles, check! Ravens, check! It was beautiful. Ed Reed is absolutely amazing. I don’t know if anyone else noticed, but on the second interception, he was about 10 yards away from the ball when Chad Pennington threw it. I still have no idea how he got to the ball so fast.
Anyway, great day, great football.
As if losing to the Bobcats wasn’t embarassing enough, the Warriors went to Minnesota and lost to the Timberwolves today. Yes, the Timberwolves. I didn’t think that was possible.
I seriously don’t think that the Warriors are actually this bad, but there’s not much you can do when you keep turning the ball over. It’s almost like Stephen Jackson liked the Twolves jersey more.
I think it’s time for all the Warriors fans, including myself, to accept that the 2006 playoffs team is long gone. Guys, we are back to rebuilding. I hope this time we won’t have to wait another 13 or 14 years.

I was also told by some soccer people that a soccer goal is 7ft tall too. Not sure if it’s true or not. I am not too into soccer, even though I have been to a “football” / Premiership match in England.
